FRUITION - (PORTLAND, OR)
Sharing a common love of music and life on the road, Fruition were originally brought together by the lure of adventure. For the last six years, the Portland, Ore. string infused quintet has racked up the miles playing sold out shows in their adopted hometown and garnering new fans across the country. Fruition released Just One of Them Nights in 2013 and it’s an album that finds the band tackling the many struggles and successes that come along with living a vagabond lifestyle and the search for artistic clarity.
Over the years, Fruition have toured with or collaborated with members of Railroad Earth, ALO, Infamous Stringdusters, Leftover Salmon, Greensky Bluegrass, Elephant Revival and The Head and The Heart. They've thrilled audiences at festivals including Jamcruise, High Sierra Music Festival, Northwest String Summit and All Good Music Festival, and will perform at this years Bonnaroo.
DAN TILLERY - (DETROIT, MI)
"Live, Laugh, Love and Ryhme" - is the personal mantra of Detroit's own, Dan Tillery. Dan's determination to achieve greatness in life while enjoying every moment is just as contagious as it is enjoyable to be around. A radiant and unpredictable character, fans never know what to expect when he jumps on stage.
His newest EP release, "We Like To Have Fun!" with producer Dave G, exemplifies his musical spontaneity. During the title track, Dan guides you through the quintessential saturday, from finding your outfit to meeting up with your friends and eventually watching the sun come up the next day. The hook will knock you back into your seat (or onto the dancefloor) when the bass kicks the beat into full swing and a room full friends sing along. The breakdown cooks with horns and pianists, oohs and ahhs from the crowd, and a cameo dj appearance. Dan's humor and enthusiasim will have you feeling like a personal guest at the party of the year. Before he picked up a guitar, Dan had surrounded himself with a tightly knit group of individuals, who cared for and supported one another. As he discovered his passion for music, he also found an outlet to share his message of love. His music is an invitation to sing along in the crests and troughs of life and to ultimately celebrate the journey. As Dan says -
"One day the whole world will hear my music."
